It’s kind of worrying because nowadays, every time I sit down before my studying desk, the inertia to ‘start’ work gets heavier. School work is piling up and getting more difficult, and often I find myself questioning why I chose accountancy. It is about another year or so before we step into the corporate world, and what holds after that is a gigantic question mark. But I do see most of us are preparing for it already, which is not too late I hope! I went for an interview recently and the person asked me what motivates me and how I define success. These are really important questions. For her, it was money. It really served as a motivating factor and she climbed her way up. I think knowing WHAT motivates you really gives you extra energy. On a side but very important note, we haven’t been meeting up as often as we could. Let’s meet up often for some short games of soccer and basketball ok? This is just a short note.
