Dear friends,

How have you all been? All good I hope. This sounds bad but I just thought to tell all of you I kinda miss all of you. But I am looking forward to coming back home soon and spending some time together.

I kind of decided recently that I should be coming back to Singapore after my studies. I was thinking of working in HongKong or London and seriously contemplating. I am quite sure now that I will be coming home. Hongkong pays very well plus the experience of gaining exposure and pushing myself in a foreign environment is very attractive but I need to convert to their jurisdiction and that will take me another 2 more years of studying. Coming back home to work means I will take a much longer time to pay my parents but well, its always a compromise I guess.

A couple of unfortunate events happened over the past few weeks back at home but it has all boiled over now. Jeremiah's good friend recently passes away in a car accident which really emphasizes how unpredictable and harsh life can be. He was only our age studying business in NUS.

I am glad too that from the recent posts, I can feel my friends back at home are learning to be more tolerant and respecting each other more. I am actually very happy to see that. It really comforts me. I hope that all of you continue to encourage each other and challenge each other. Girlfriend problems, family problems, work problems...everything can be solved..nothing cannot be solved. As long as we have one breath left, as long as we have health, we can do everything. So very very important, take good care of your health and the health of all those around you.

I just want to remind you guys once again to drive safely. Yuyee, if you are tired just sleep somewhere. It is very dangerous to drive while u are tired. Especially when you feel sleepy earlier than others. Song, dont drive too fast. Likewise for Sq. Especially if your loved ones are in the car. There is even more resposibility. Check out clearly for cars before you make a turn. If you are late for anything, just be late. Don't rush, it is never worth it. Lam don't speed. The speed limit is there for a reason.

So take care all of you. I hope to see and speak to all of you soon. =) I send all of you my best wishes.

Dear All,

I have always been thankful for having such friendship that had developed over the years. Nowadays, we are all so busy that we can't fulfill our usual weekly meeting. I guess it's probably going to be this way from now on since everyone have their own commitments as well as work to manage. We are a year older now, a year closer to the day when we have to manage and provide for our own families. For this year and the years to come, I pray that all of you and your families will have great health, happiness, a blossoming love life as well as results and careers that you all longed for. (Applies to all GFs and those who join us too)

I was reading Esmond wishes to me via email and I realised something. Next time, we can start a firm together. We have all the expertise. It is as follows:

Accountants: Youyi and Songjie (Got Laura and Jacq to double check the accounts, so we don't have to worry that those 2 asses will run of with the $$)

Marketing head: SQ, for being able to talk cock alot. Fiona, for being able to come out with nice nice presentations etc.

Equities trader: Me, for my love of trading and launching our company into the stock market through IPO.

Lawyer: Esmond, who else?

Businessman: Lam, no one would dare to cheat him in business, so fierce. He of course will be assisted by Huixiu

Media Development Officer: Weixin, who ask you to major in Comms Studies

Engineer (Head of Project development): Blackie

R&D: Ivy, our future Chemist

Public Relations: Seto, for being able to hold his liquor and smoke with the clients and die together with them when he develops lung and liver cancer (so please stop smoking and drinking excessively)

Foreign Relations: Claire will help our expansion into the East Asian market, namely Korea and Japan.

I realise that Weiqin got no post in the company as yet. Since he is also an engineer, i think he can be the Internal Engineer in the company, while Blackie can be the External Engineer.
What do I mean by Internal Engineer? Weiqin can take care of the plumbing services, janitor services in the office (somewhat associated with engineering as well). He can also double up as night watchman to scare off potential robbers with his Gargoyle claws and as well as anything from the other worlds...

Any objections? I only foresee Weiqin to object, but his views is not consider as objections since he is only a janitor and night watchman...

i don't know how many of you will get the joke. haha. i heard it on the radio and it hought it was quite funny. anywae lets hope singapore wins after some unsportsmanlike behaviour by the thai national team.

yeah and one more message, f tong msged me and asked if we wanna play the tj boys. haha. this time the kids will be at least 5 years younger than us. so who's on just let me noe k. most prob on a sat morning on the 24th of feb, which is one week a fter new year's eve.
